We’re David and Amber Morgan, a husband-and-wife team rooted in Oklahoma and fueled by a deep love of coffee.  Our story began over a cup of coffee on our first date more than 15 years ago. Since then, coffee has been woven into every chapter of our life — from offering a coffee bar at our wedding, to touring farms in Central and South America, to roasting beans at home until they were too good not to share.

After years of learning, tweaking, and leveling up our home-roasting setup, we decided it was time to share what we’d been brewing. We chose the name Tornado Coffee because, well — we’re from Oklahoma. Around here, weather isn’t just small talk; it’s culture. And nothing pairs better with storm season than a strong cup of coffee.

Our roasts are crafted with care and a healthy sense of humor. You’ll find names like Gully Washer, Goose Lightnin’, Bean-Sized Hail, and False Alarm Decaf — each one a nod to the weather and the wit that define Oklahoma living. We roast a variety of blends and single origins, all sourced from trusted green coffee importers who share our values for quality and sustainability.

Our mission is to caffeinate and educate — by roasting exceptional small-batch coffee and helping people understand what makes it great. From seed to cup, there’s a story behind every bean, and we’re here to share it in a way that’s approachable, fun, and flavorful.

Tornado Coffee is based in Tuttle, Oklahoma — proudly local and intentionally personal. We believe good coffee should be more than just good; it should be something that brings a smile, starts a conversation, and maybe even makes your day a little brighter.
